Cabernet Franc

It is usually a less tannic and acidic wine with a lighter body and
color. It is however, known to be more aromatic and herbaceous thanmost reds and is often blended with Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot insmaller quantities where it helps to heighten the organoleptic qualitiesof the blend.
